I need help with configuring POS and inventory management in BUSY.How do I troubleshoot printer connectivity issues in BUSY?

To need configuring inventory management in BUSY you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration tab
Step 2: Then click on configuration option then click on features and option button
Step 3: Then select inventory tab and open it
Step 4: In this tab you will be able to configure the different types of inventory management features
And if you want to configure POS billing then follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration tab then click on configuration option
Step 2: Then click on voucher series configuration option
Step 3: Then select the invoice for which you want to configure the POS format such as sale and purchase then press enter and select the series and click on voucher configuration
Step 4: Then click on enable advanced pos data entry option and enable it then click on configure advanced POS options and configure it and save the window
To troubleshoot printer connectivity issues follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure printer is properly connected with your system
Step 2: Go to hardware configuration setting in BUSY and set default printer driver as your current printer
Step 3: Make sure your printer allignment is properly configured in BUSY as well as in printer local settings
Step 4: Ensure that your printer driver is upto date
Step 5: If still unable to print then check is it taking print from other software or not then check accordingly
