To restrict customers from leaving your retail store without a proper bill or receipt, you can implement measures such as:
 1. Implementing a strict policy that requires customers to present a valid bill or receipt before exiting the store.
 2. Training your staff to check and verify receipts at the exit.
 3. Installing security measures like CCTV cameras to monitor customer exits.
 4. Using electronic systems like barcode scanners or RFID tags to track and verify purchases.
 5. Displaying clear signage informing customers about the requirement to present a bill or receipt before leaving the store.

To turn off notifications in the BUSY, you can go to the notification settings within the software and disable or turn off the notifications feature.
 Step 1: Go to the Administration
 Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
 Step 3: Select General tab and Disable Event Notification
 Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
 Step 5: Mention remove contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)

To re-register your mobile number on the BUSY BNS app after uninstalling and reinstalling it, open the app and follow the registration process again
 Step 1: Go to the Administration
 Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option

If you're getting PDF voucher notifications sent to the wrong phone number in BUSY after updating it, there might be a setup problem. You can upload PDF vouchers as notifications in three ways: "Send to Party," "Send to Self," and "Send to Broker." To fix this issue, you need to check which option is selected in the Voucher series settings where you want to send notifications and make sure the correct phone number is entered. If the problem continues, it's a good idea to get in touch with BUSY customer support for more help.

To link a mobile number to invoices and send text notifications to customers when a new invoice is generated, you can use the BUSY BNS app. Register your mobile number on the app and ensure that the customer's mobile number is saved in the party master. Then, when you save a sales invoice, the customer will receive a notification with the invoice in PDF format on their mobile. Also you can install WhatsApp on your system and share PDF or msg. After creating an invoice, use the option to share via WhatsApp.

 Step 1 : Open BUSY on your computer.
 Step 2 ; Look for the search bar or search field within the software's user interface. The location of the search bar may vary depending on the version of BUSY you are using.

 Step 4 : While using BUSY, press the "F3" key on your keyboard.

To see bills and transactions from previous days using BUSY, you can access the cash book report. The cash book report will show you a summary of all the transactions for each day, including bills and payments. BUSY offers a variety of reports related to accounting, inventory, GST, and more. You can access these reports from the Display menu and choose the one that meets your needs. You can also apply filters, sorting, and grouping options. You can also export the reports to different formats, such as Excel, PDF, etc.

To export your profit and loss report from BUSY to Excel, you can follow these steps:
 1. Open BUSY.
 2. Go to the Reports section.
 3. Select the Profit and Loss report.
 4. Customize the report if needed (e.g., date range, columns).
 5. Click on the Export button.
 6. Choose the Excel format for exporting.
 7. Select the destination folder where you want to save the Excel file.
 8. Click on Export to complete the process.
 This will export your profit and loss report from BUSY to Excel.
