You do not need to enter your Gmail account login ID & Password in BUSY Agent. you have to mention only gmail id and authorise it once, so when you change the gmail account password, then you need to just authorise your account if asked.

To troubleshoot missing options or features in BUSYAgent, you can try the following steps:
 1. Check if you are using the latest version of BUSYAgent.
 2. Ensure that you have the correct license for the desired features.
 3. Verify that the feature or option is enabled in the BUSYAgent settings.
 4. Restart BUSYAgent and check if the missing options or features reappear.
 5. If the issue persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.

If your backup size exceeds Google Drive storage, you can take the following steps:
 1. Check the size of your backup files and compare it to the available storage on Google Drive.
 2. Delete any unnecessary or outdated backup files to free up space.
 3. Consider upgrading your Google Drive storage plan to accommodate larger backups.
 4. Alternatively, you can explore other cloud storage options or external hard drives to store your backups.

To resolve errors in BUSY Agent's software installation path detection then Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that it should be install in drive where BUSY in already installed.
 Step 2: Check the location path should be correct with folder location as if only showing the drive name then it will create problem while installing it.
 Step 3: Check the Firewall and Exclude the BUSY agent in the antivirus

If software stop syncing after few days then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that sync option should be enable in BUSY Agent
 Step 2: BUSY Agent should be add to startup so that in backend automatically data will get sync on schedule time.
 Step 3: Make sure to have proper internet connectivity.
 Step 4: There is antivirus and it is blocking then exclude the BUSY

To ensure that backup has been done on the schedule time in the BUSY agent.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that the time should be mention in the BUSYAgent.
 Step 2: Check the backup folder of that scheduled time. 
 Step 3: Add to startup the BUSYAgent so that it will take backup on scheduled time. 
 Step 4: Exclude BUSYAgent in the Antivirus.

The ideal frequency for scheduling automated backups in the BUSY agent is depend on which you have specified it.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSYAgent 
 Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration of Local Drive or Google Drive as pe your requirement. 
 Step 3: Click on Backup Scheduled 
 Step 4: Change the time per day backup as per your requirement and save it.

To install BUSY agent, follow the following steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and click on the Company Menu.
Step 2: Click on the Download BUSY Agent option.
Step 3: Select the path to download and extract the zip file. Double click on the setup file.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions: click Next, accept the terms, set the installation path (ensure it's the same as the BUSY installation path), click Next, and then Finish.

If backup is not done on Google drive on schedule time.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Make sure should have proper internet connection.
 Step 2: There should be sufficient space in Google Drive
 Step 3: Proper Google Drive setting should be configured in BUSY Agent.
 Step 4: Make sure to install the latest version of BUSY agent.
 Step 5: Exclude the BUSY agent in the anti virus.

When we not able to access the Google drive backup then pls follow the below steps:
 Step 1: Make sure that the email id authentication and backup configuration should be properly done for google drive in BUSY agent.
 Step 2: There should be proper internet connectivity to access the Google drive backup.
 Step 3: Check the Antivirus if its blocking the BUSY agent then exclude it in the Antivirus.
