 Step 2: Remove the BUSYagent dll file from BUSYwin netlib folder then reinstall it.
 Step 3: If still same issue, BUSY agent is properly installed but icon is missing then create BUSY agent shortcut on desktop.

To access billing data from anywhere using Google Drive in BUSY. You need to the backup configuration for google drive in the BUSY agent.
 In Google Drive, The data of the BUSY backup file get saved. Backup files not get open directly, we have to download the BUSY setup from site www.busy.in then install it in the system. Then download the data from Google drive and restore it.
