To stop backup on local drive from BUSY Agent, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY Agent application then click on Backup Configuration(Local).
 Step 2: Set N on Create Backup on Local Drive ? and save the changes.

For bulk upload, you can upload all your data at once. For incremental upload, you can upload new data that has been added since the last upload. You can do it manually or set it to automatic through the BUSY agent.

To install the previous version BUSY Agent, then you need to first uninstall the current version from the Control Panel. After that install the previous version setup (If you have). Further we no recommend to roll back to the previous version.

 In BUSY Agent, you can schedule automatic backup upto 3 times in a day.

To minimize BUSY Agent and run it in the background, you can simply click on the minimize button located at the top right corner of the software window. This will allow it to run in the background for taking automatic backup.

Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent Backup Coniguration ( Local or Google Drive)
Step 2: Can customize as per your requirement for Backup of all company or not, Backup for either all FY or Single FY, Days and Time period.

You can keep a backup of your data three times a day, and you can retain it for
up to 99 days. However, if you want to retain it for only 7 days, you can do that 
too in BUSY agent.

To keep BUSY Agent running in the background you need to minimize the BUSY Agent window instead of closing it. If you close the BUSY Agent window, the backup process will stop and your data will not be backed up.

To make BUSY Agent start automatically when you open your system, you need to select Add To Startup in BUSY. This will add BUSY Agent to the startup list and it will launch automatically when you turn on your system.
