To configure BUSY to send invoices via email, follow these Steps:
Step Step 1 : Open BUSY
Step 2 : click on Administration
Step 3 : Select Configuration
Step 4 : Email Configuration.
Step 5 : In the Email Configuration window, select the "Email Sending" option.
Step 6 : Choose the desired format for sending the invoice, such as PDF attachment, email body text, XML attachment, or PDF plus XML attachment.
Step 7 : Enter the necessary details for your email server, such as SMTP server address and port number.
Step 8 : Provide your email account credentials, including the username and password.
Step 9 : Click on "Test Email" to verify if the email configuration is successful.
Step 10 : Once the test email is sent successfully, click on "Save" to save the email configuration settings.
Now, you can send invoices via email directly from BUSY by selecting the email option when generating invoices.
