Steps to correctly configure the email in BUSY. 
 Step:1 Go to Administraiton 
 Step:2 Select Configuration option from it. 
 Step:3 Then Email configuration and make sure email sending option should be default. 
 Step:4 Then mention smtp server name and other details in the configuration 
 Step:5 Login your gmail id and enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY from manage may google account option in the security tab.
 Steps involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues preventing the sending of emails correctly from BUSY
 Step:1 Check the email configuration is done properly as steps mention above.
 Step:2 Still face same problem then check your internet connection.
 Step:3 Make sure that you have given the full access rights to BUSY from antivirus properties.

While sending email and getting error that the password is incorrect then open the email configuration and again enter the passowrd of your email id and click on test mail. If Still same issue presists, Then click create the password by opening the Email Id from Google.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Password creation :
 Step 1: Open the Gmail id or any email which has mention in the BUSY for sending the email.
 Step 2: Click on setting option
 Step 3: Then click on Accounts
 Step 4: Then click on Google account setting
 Step 5: Then Security 
 Step 6: Click on Two Step Verification
 Step 7: Then you will get the option for app password, there select the other app and mention the name BUSY the click on generate.
 Step 8: Copy the generated password and paste it in BUSY email configuration option.
