How can I link my mobile number registered in BUSY to WhatsApp?

BUSY we have a built-in feature to directly connect to WhatsApp for sending SMS messages. Use BUSY BNS . BUSY primarily focuses on accounting and financial management tasks, and while it may offer features for communication and document management, direct integration with messaging services like WhatsApp was not a standard feature at that time.
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

Steps to copy the generated app password for BUSY and resolve any copy issues?

If you want to copy the generated app password for BUSY then please
follow the given steps
Step 1: Once app password generated or created visible to you
Step 2: Then select the password by pressing left click and drag over the password
Step 3: Then do right click and select copy option or press CTRL + C
Step 4: Then come to email configuration of BUSY
Step 5: Then select password field and do right click and select paste option or
press CTRL + V

What should I do if my file attachments aren't going through in BUSY?

The attachments are not sending with email from BUSY due to some possible reasons:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that tick on the PDF Attachment.
Step 3: Check the antivirus settings not blocking the BUSY application to send PDF or access the internet connetion.
Step 4: Ensure that BUSY is running as an administrator to avoid any permission error.
Step 5: Check the date format and regional settings of system is compatilble with BUSY.
Step 6: Make sure the Internet connection is stable.

The email i send from BUSY are going into spam and junk folder. How can i resolve this?

If the email you send from BUSY are going into span then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Make sure your email content doesn't resemble spam (avoid excessive use of
capital letters, too many links, or spammy keywords).
Step 2: Verify your email credentials (username and password).
Step 3: Some email servers block emails with large attachments or certain file types
Ensure the allowed size to email
Step 4: If you're sending emails to specific organizations or individuals, request that
they add your email address or domain to their email whitelist

Sending a PDF copy of a purchase order from the software directly to a supplier's email address in BUSY and steps to follow?

Steps to follow to send purchase orders directly from BUSY while saving purchase order.
Step:1 Go to administration
Step:2 select Configuration from it
Step:3 Then Email configuration
Step:4 Mention smtp server
and other details in the configuration
Step:5 Enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY
Step:6 Go to administration
Step:7 Configuration then voucher series configuration
Step:8 Select the purchase order and then the relevant voucher series
Step:9 Select the voucher configuration option and mention yes in send email after saving and can select the format of voucher to be send to party.
Please note that if email id is mention in the Account master it would auto pick email id while sending the email from BUSY.

Why am I unable to email invoices directly from the software? What settings do I need to configure?

To send mail directly from BUSY , you can follow then steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration
Step 2: Click on configuration and select email configuration
Step 3: Mention smtp server name as per your mail server via which mail is send
Step 4: mention mail id in user name
Note: You have to generate app password from your security option in mail id for using in third party software like BUSY
Step 5: Mention the app password generated in email configuration in BUSY .
Step 7: Mention reply to mail id and from person or company name
Step 8: Then click on test mail setting and mail will be sent successfully.
By following these step you will be able to send mail directly from BUSY.

Configuring email settings to send purchase orders automatically from BUSY and steps to do so?

Steps to follow to send purchase orders directly from BUSY while saving purchase order.
Step:1 Go to administration
Step:2 Select Configuration
Step:3 Then Email configuration
Step:4 Mention smtp server and other details in the configuration
Step:5 Enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY
Step:6 Go to administration
Step:7 Configuration then voucher series configuration

What is the process for updating the email configuration and testing the sending of emails from BUSY?

To send E mail from BUSY,You can follow the steps: 
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on Configuration
Step 2: Then click on E mail configuration option
Step 3: Choose the email sending option as Send Directly and select the report type to be send through Mail.
Step 4: Mention the SMTP server in server configuration
Step 5: Then mention the mail id in user name field
Step 6: Afterward, create the Password for BUSY from mail and mention in password field.
Step 7: Define the sender information
Step 8: Then Click on test account setting to check the outgoing server information is correct or not.
Step 9: Save the configuration

How do I configure BUSY to sync or export data to other applications like Excel or email?

If you want to configure BUSY to sync or export data to other application like excel or email then
please follow the given steps
Step 1: For export in excel no need to configure in BUSY it is in built feature but excel must be
installed in your system.
Step 2: For email you have to configure it by follow below given steps
Step 3: Go to the administration
Step 4: Then configuration
Step 5: Then Email configuration
Step 6: After configuration done succesfully you will be able to email also.

I want to send voucher through email, what is the process?

If you want to send invoices through email from BUSY, you need to configure your email settings in BUSY first. Here are the steps to do that:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Click on Email Configuration and enter all the required details to set up your email account. You can watch the video tutorial by clicking on the play button on the right corner for more guidance.
Step 3: After completing the configuration, open the invoice that you want to send and click on the Email button or press ALT+M. You can enter your customer’s email address in the To field and click on Send.
