Why can't I generate or copy passwords in BUSY?

We have to generate the app password for the email, Then click create the password by opening the Email Id from Google.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Password creation :
Step 1: Open the Gmail id or any email which has mention in the BUSY for sending the email.
Step 2: Click on setting option
Step 3: Then click on Accounts
Step 4: Then click on Google account setting
Step 5: Then Security
Step 6: Click on Two Step Verification
Step 7: Then you will get the option for app password, there select the other app and mention the name BUSY the click on generate.
Step 8: Copy the generated password and paste it in BUSY email configuration option.

How do I email invoices directly from BUSY?

If you want to send invoices through email from BUSY, you need to configure your email settings in BUSY first. Here are the steps to do that:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Click on Email Configuration and enter all the required details to set up your email account. You can watch the video tutorial by clicking on the play button on the right corner for more guidance.
Step 3: After completing the configuration, open the invoice that you want to send and click on the Email button or press ALT+M. You can enter your customer’s email address in the To field and click on Send.

Can I modify the email header and footer in the software?

Here's a general guide on how to write in the header and footer for outgoing emails in BUSY:
Step 1. Go to the Configuration menu.
Step 2. Select Email Configuration from the options.
Step 3. Enter your email address and two step verification password in the provided fields.
Step 4. Choose the email service provider you are using (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
Step 5. Enter the SMTP server and port details for your email provider. You can find these details in the email settings of your email account.
Step 6. Enable SSL/TLS encryption if required by your email provider.
Step 7. Save the settings and test the email configuration by sending a test email.
Step 8: you can write a footer and Header in this window as you want .

Step 5: Then while sending email both email will be auto populated in the bcc field.
