What is the configuration required for sending daily reports via email?

To send daily reports via email in BUSY, the email configuration needs to be set up. To set it up Gmail Id follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Email Configuration.
Step 3: Click on Send Directly choose Send Reports options as required.
Step 4: Specify smtp.gmail.com in SMTP Server then mention your gmail id in User Name.
Step 5: You need to create App Password from your google account. You can check our document available for how to create it.
Step 6: Now, click on Test Account Settings for sending a test mail then save the configuration.
Your BUSY is ready to send reports / invoices via email.

How can I troubleshoot not receiving Yahoo's two-factor code?

If you are not receiving Yahoo's two-factor authentication code, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check your spam or junk folder in your email account to see if the code email was mistakenly filtered.
2. Make sure your email address is correctly entered in your Yahoo account settings.
3. Verify that your email account is active and in good standing.
4. Check if you have any email filters or rules set up that may be affecting the delivery of the code email.
5. Temporarily disable any email forwarding or auto-forwarding settings that may be interfering with the code email delivery.
6. Contact Yahoo customer support for further assistance if the issue persists.

How can I properly configure the email settings in BUSY?

We can configure the email configuration properly for sending the emails to the customer.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configurations
Step 3: Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.

I am unable to find the option to configure my email in BUSY. Where can I find this?

If your are unable to find the option to configure your email in BUSY 
accounting software then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to the administration
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then Email configuration if it is not there
Step 4: Then make sure you are using standard or enterprise version
as this feature is not in the basic version.
Step 5: Make sure you have right to use the email configuration if
logged in with the sub user.

Why does BUSY Software repeatedly ask for my password when accessing emails, even after entering it correctly?

If BUSY repeatedly ask for email password while accessing email then follow the steps to resove this.
Step 1.Open Google Chrome and log in to your Gmail account.
Step 2. Click on your Gmail account logo or profile picture in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Manage Google Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. In the search bar within your Google Account settings, type App password.
Step 5. Define the app name as BUSY or any other name you prefer.
Step 6. Google will generate an app password. Copy this password from your screen.
Step 7. Now, open your BUSY email configuration settings and paste the app password into the password section.

Configuring BUSY to automatically send documents to specified email addresses or phone numbers and the options available?

If you want to configuring BUSY to automatically send documents to 
specified email addresses
Step 1: Go to the administration
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then voucher series configuration
Step 4: Then select the voucher and series
Step 5: Then voucher configuration
Step 6: Then turn yes to send email after saving option.
Step 7: Then while saving voucher do you want to send email window will appear if you
press yes then email will be sent to the customer email.

Where do I find the email configuration settings in BUSY to update my app password?

For update app password for email configuration please follow these steps:
1. Open mail on chrome or on any web browser
2. Click on setting icon which was given on right side top position
3. Then click on Accounts or Accounts & import
4. Then click on Google account setting then click on security
5. Then click on 2-Step verification and enable "
6. After that click on search in mail option and type app password
7. Type BUSY in app name and click on generate or create option
8. Then copy the password and open BUSY
9. Then go in administration then go in configuration
10. Then go in email configuration and mention app password and save configuration

When I try to send invoices in BUSY, I get an error saying "invalid email address" even though the address is correct. How can I resolve this email issue?

If you try to send invoices in BUSY, you get an error saying invalid email address. Even though the address is correct, you have to check the below reasons: 
1. While sending email, make sure you have a valid email address with the correct email ID.
2. Also, make sure if you are sending at one time for two or more email ID's, you need to put this in between the ID's.
3. Also, make sure there is no blank email ID or wrong email ID.
4. Also, please check whether in two or more email ID's there are no special characters like / or, or any other symbols.
