I need to email the chalan and e-way bill to my customer. How can I do this from the software?

To send email the challan from BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then choose Material issue to party voucher type.
Step 2: Click on Modify and access the required invoice in modify mode.
Step 3: Press ALT+M to initiate the email command and then select the desired format for sending the email.
Step 4: Specify the recipient's email address in the To field and click on the Send button to dispatch the email.
BUSY does not provide a direct provision to send E way bills through email. If you need to send an E way bill via email, you have to do it manually.

Why am I getting an error message when trying to connect BUSY to my email account?

To fix the issue of not being able to access your email account through BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step:1 Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
Step:2. Verify that your email account credentials (username and password) are correct.
Step:3. Make sure that your email account is properly configured in the software.
Step:4. Check if there are any firewall or antivirus settings blocking the software's access to your email account.
Step:5. Restart the software and try accessing your email account again.

Why am I unable to send emails from the registered mail ID in BUSY?

When you are not able to send the email from your registered Id to the customer.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have done the email configuration properly in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the email configuration then click on test account settings option if the configuration are proper then it will show sent successfully.
Step 3: Check the Internet connection should be proper.
Step 4: In the email configuration, check by changing the port 465 ,571 and 25.
Step 5: If the antivirus is blocking the BUSY application then exclude BUSY in the antivirus.

What is the procedure to generate an app password for my email ID?

To generate an app password for your email ID, you need to
Step 1 : Log in to your email account
Step 2 : And go to the security settings.
Step 3 : Look for the option of two-step verification and enable it if it's not already enabled.
Step 4: Then, find the option to generate app passwords and select it.
Step 5 : Choose the app and device for which you want to generate the app password.
Step 6 : Once generated, copy the app password and paste it in the password field of your email configuration in the desired application or software.

If you want to check that your BUSY is correctly configured then please
follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to the administration menu
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then Email configuration
Step 4: Enter the all required Field and then Click on the test account setting button
Step 5: If it is showing sent succesfully then you are supposed to be able to send the mail
from BUSY

To attach a PDF or embed an image while composing an email for an invoice in BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: First, open the invoice in modify mode, then press ALT+M to give the Email command.
Step 2: Select the format for sending the email, then click on the Email tab.
Step 3: Choose Send report as PDF attachment. An external attachment option is also available where you can attach PDF files, Excel sheets, Word documents, or any image.
Step 4: Enter the recipient email address in the To field and click on the Send tab.
