To add new bank account in the BUSY mobile app, you can follow these Steps:
Step Step 1 : In BUSY click on administration
Step Step 2 : master
Step Step 3 : account
Step Step 4 : add fill all bank details
Step Step 5 : save
Step Step 6 : data export/import
Step Step 7 : cloud sync
Step 8. incremental upload
Step 9. then the bank account will start reflecting in your BUSY mobile app

If you are unable to download BUSY mobile app, check follow things:
Step 1 : check your internet connection
Step 2 : check storage space in mobile
Step 3 : clear cache and then try to download
Step 4 : check mobile phone compatibility
Step 5 : you should contact the dealer from whom you purchased the software. They will be able to provide you with access to download and activate the mobile app.

If you are unable to send OTP for reconciliation to your parties created in the software, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
 Step 1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection to send the OTP successfully.
 Step 2. Verify the phone number: Make sure that the phone number associated with the parties in the software is correct and active.

To view transactions in the mobile app after bulk upload, 
Step 1 : check that you have given rights of transactions and report for BUSY mobile app user
Step 2 : run incremental upload to upload the latest transactions in mobile app

The OTP not received error while trying to download the software could be due to various reasons such as 
 Step 1 : Technical issues
 Step 2 : Incorrect contact details
 Step 3 : Delays in the OTP delivery. 
 Step 4 : It is recommended to check the registered mobile number or email address for accuracy, ensure a stable internet connection, and try generating the OTP again.

There could be several reasons why you are unable to view BUSY reports on your BUSY mobile app. It could be due to a weak or unstable Wi-Fi signal, compatibility issues with your phone or the software, or mobile user rights issue can be there too.

To check if everything is fine with your mobile app, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it. 
If you are not receiving notifications,
Step 1: Make sure that you have enabled notifications in the voucher configuration 
Step 2: And that your mobile number is registered in the BUSY Notification App.
Step 3: Also, check if the app is up-to-date and if there are any issues with your internet connection.

To locate a bill in BUSY mobile app, you can follow these Steps:
Step 1 : Open the BUSY mobile app on your device.
Step 2 : Go to the unsynced list 
Step 3 : view your bills number or invoices.
Step 3 : Open the specific bill
Step 4 : check the bill

Step 1 : can check the account ledger
Step 2 :search the specific bill in BUSY mobile app

If voucher series in wrongly set in cloud sync user, and you need to change the voucher series. For that:
Step 1 :click on administration
Step 2 : data export import
Step 3 : cloud sync
Step 4:download transactions
Step 5 : export voucher in excel
Step 6 : change series and
Step 7 : import them in deskop BUSY again
Step 8 : correct voucher series tag in cloud sync mobile app user rights

To register your mobile number in the BUSY BNS app, you need to download the app from the Play Store or App Store, open it, and enter your mobile number when prompted. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number, which you need to enter to complete the registration process. Then you can run BUSY bns app and the notification will start receving on your mobile.
