Step 9. then the customer will start reflecting in your BUSY mobile app

If you want to transfer funds from different bank account,follow these Steps :
Step 1 : In desktop BUSY,click on transaction
Step 2 : contra
Step 3 : add
Step 4 : add 2 different bank account name and define its amount to transfer
Step 5 : save
Step 6 : auto run incremental upload from BUSY agent
Step 7: check BUSY mobile app, it start reflecting that voucher in report of bank

To generate sales vouchers and inventory reports from the BUSY mobile app, you need to enable the following options: 
Step 1 : in mobile app user give transaction rights to add the sales voucher
Step 2 : tick in all options of inventory reports available in mobile app users.
Once these options are enabled, you can easily generate sales vouchers and access inventory reports from the mobile app.

To resolve the "reload" issue when unable to log in to the BUSY mobile app, you can try the following Steps:
Step 1 : Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Step 2 : Clear the cache of the app and restart your phone.
Step 3 : Uninstall and reinstall the BUSY mobile app.
Step 4 : Double-check that you are entering the correct BDP ID, username, and password.

To troubleshoot the "No active subscription found" error in the mobile app, you need to ensure that you have purchased the BUSY mobile app separately. The free version of the mobile app is no longer supported. To troubleshoot "rights" issues for sales orders in the mobile app you can follow Steps:
Step1 :click on administration
Step2 : users
Step 3 : cloud sync user
Step 4 : select user in modify mode
Step 5 : now you can check if you have the necessary permissions and access rights to create and modify sales orders. Make sure your user account has the appropriate privileges assigned to it.

If the sales quotation option is missing after user configuration, you should check the following:
Step 1 : click on administration
Step 2 : configuration
Step 3 : features and options
Step 4 : inventory
Step 5 : enable sale and purchase quotation
Step 6 : go to cloud sync users
Step 7 : tick quotation transaction rights
Step 8 : run incremental upload
Step 9 : add quotation voucher from BUSY mobile app

To sync BUSY with a mobile app for data access :
Step 1 : you need to download and install mobile app on your mobile device.
Step 2 : Once installed, you can link your mobile app with your BUSY desktop version by putting BUSY mobile app bdep id, mobile user name and password. 
Step 3 : and then can sync the data by cloud sync

If your BUSY Mobile App is freeze and running slow, then you should follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Clear the cache of the app.
Step 2: Check your mobile app enough extra space to run application smoothly. If no then you have clear some space.
Step 3: Check after restart your device.
Step 4: If same issue persists, then you need to check after reinstall the app.

Once you purchase BUSY mobile app subscription license, you will get the activation code in registered mobile number and email id, Steps to follow:
Step 1 : download and install BUSY mobile app
Step 2 : define bdep id, BUSY mobile app user password
Step 3 :put activation code received on registered email id and mobile no.
