If the link in the SMS for the invoice says 'link expired,' follow these steps:
 Step 1: Make sure to open the link within the specified time before it expires.
 Step 2: If the link has already expired, ask the person who sent it to resend the SMS.

 To share email in once manually
 Step 1: Go to Adminstration Tab and open Utilities option
 Step 2: Select Offlone e-mail/SMS option
 Step 3: Select email's and click on Send button
 Please note that E-mail ID's should be mentioned in party masters

You can get the sms notification as sms and not via whatsapp , you will need to purchase sms api from sms vendors. 
 You have to configure it in BUSY software.

 2. Enter correct information in SMS configuration in BUSY. 
 3. Exclude BUSY from antivirus and you can make inbound \ outbound rule in window defender firewall.

Sometime messages are not sent due to internet issue,incorrect Ip configuration and so on then message show in offline sms and that is called queue.you can send message from offline sms when you get connect with internet.
You can view and send offline message after follow these steps:
1. Go in administration then go in Utilities 
2. Then go in offline E-mail/SMS 
3. Then select messages and click on send
