I want to understand why the SMS notifications are not being received properly. What could be the reason for this?
There could be several reasons why the SMS notifications you receive are not reflecting in Fundamento's server logs or records :
1. You need to check you SMS API which you have purchased from your authorised channel partner of BUSY.
2. Enter correct information in SMS configuration in BUSY.
3. Exclude BUSY from antivirus and you can make inbound \ outbound rule in window defender firewall.
4. Enter correct phone number, blocked or filtered messages, or technical issues with the SMS service provider.
5. Check Internet Network connection
