To link WhatsApp with the software, start by downloading the desktop version of BUSY. Next, go to SMS Configuration, create a new format, and set up the WhatsApp API. Once done, you can start sending WhatsApp messages directly from BUSY Software.

To set the popular SMS format as default in BUSY, you need to 
 Step 1 : create a new format named "BUSY SMS" and specify the desired body text. 
 Step 2 :Then, in the page settings, select the SMS format and save the configuration.
 Step 3 : When sending the SMS, make sure to select the standard format instead of the custom format.

To locate the API configuration settings for SMS and WhatsApp, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Navigate to the 'Administration' section after opening the company.
 Step 2: Access the 'SMS API Configuration' and choose the specific format where you need to modify the API script.
 From this point, you can configure the settings for both SMS and WhatsApp APIs according to your requirements.

the process of shortening company names in BUSY ,Please Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then Configuration tab 
Step 2: and then select SMS API Configuration option 
Step 3: Mention the SMS API which purchase from API Vendor

To minimize a window in the software, you can use the keyboard shortcut "Windows key + D" or click on the minimize button located in the top-right corner of the window. To disconnect a window that seems stuck, you can try closing the window by clicking on the "X" button in the top-right corner or using the keyboard shortcut "Alt + F4".

To ensure that invoice messages go to all recipients in the customized format you created, you need to select the customized format when sending the invoice. Make sure to specify the recipients' details correctly and choose the customized format from the available options. This will ensure that the invoice messages are sent to all recipients in the format you have customized.

To modify the existing SMS configuration, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
 Step 2: Select SMS API Configuration then select the format in which you want to make changes.
 Step 3: Do the necessary changes as per the requirements and save.
 Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.

There is no auto reminder facility available in BUSY, we can do this mannually after configuring SMS Configuration in BUSY.
 Steps to Send Payment Reminder from BUSY
 Step 1: Go Print/Email/SMS
 Step 2: Payment reminder 
 Step 3: Select type Balance only/Pending Bills/Due Bills
 Step 4: Select Party 
 Step 5 : Select Date 
 Step 6 : send reminder
