 Step 4: Advance 
 Step 5: Sales/Purchase Invoice required 
 Step 6: Create format 
 Step 7: Add desired fields 
 Step 7 : Use this format for Printing

To access the API for customizing SMS formats in BUSY, you need to go to: 
 Step 1 : click on administration
 Step 2 : configuration
 Step 3 : SMS configuration
 Step 4 : From there, you can create a new format and customize the message body text as per your requirement.

To customize the SMS content sent to customers in BUSY, you can go to :
 Step 1 :click on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration 
 Step 3 : select SMS Configuration. 
 Step 4 : From there, you can modify the SMS templates and customize the content according to your preferences.

The BUSY software does support automated GST filing. However, it is important to note that the availability of certain features may depend on the version of the software being used. It is recommended to check the specific version and its features to ensure that the desired functionality is supported.

The error "following, connecting to internet" occurs when there is a problem with the internet connection while using WhatsApp with BUSY. To resolve this issue, you can try troubleshooting your internet connection by checking your network settings, restarting your router, or contacting your internet service provider for assistance.

The issue could be that the WhatsApp API is not properly configured in BUSY or WhatsApp is not installed or logged in on the system. Make sure to properly configure the WhatsApp API and have WhatsApp installed and logged in on the system to send SMS on WhatsApp.
