 Step 3: Invoice/Document printing 
 Step 4: Advance
 Step 5: Sales/Purchase
 Step 6: Create format in name of BUSYSMS
 Step 7 : Use this format for Printing

To add a custom reference number column in BUSY, you can go to the display options of the transaction list view and select the "Custom Column" button. From there, you can enter the format name and add a new column for the custom reference number.

To get a refund or switch plans if BUSY Basic does not meet your business needs, you can contact BUSY customer support. They will assist you with the process and provide you with the necessary information and options available for refunds or plan upgrades.

You can enable the offline email SMS notifications in BUSY then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then Users
 Step 3: Then Select the User
 Step 4: Enable the option always send email/sms notifications in offline mode.

To confirm if someone else is using WhatsApp, you can check the WhatsApp application on your device. If you see any incoming messages or calls from WhatsApp that you did not initiate, it may indicate that someone else is using WhatsApp with your number.

If you have purchased the WhatsApp API but are unable to send messages, you may need to check the configuration settings or contact your dealer for assistance. They can help troubleshoot and resolve any issues you are facing with sending messages through the API.

To activate the SMS feature in BUSY you have to purchase SMS API from SMS API vendor and have to configure it in BUSY. Futher for configuration you have to contact to your channel partner and the process will be done on chargeable basis.

To check SMS format correctly configured in BUSY, you have to go to:
 Step 1 : click on administration
 Step 2 : configuration
 Step 3 : SMS configuration
 Step 4 : select SMS format and check the configuration and can modify if needed

When you send bulk SMS from the utilities menu you can choose the selected Account option for selected parties but when you tick on one customer and try add more it will remove old ones and it will work as it is.
