BUSY does not have a built-in feature for sending quick SMS appointment reminders. However, you can achieve this by integrating BUSY with a third-party SMS service provider that offers API integration. This will allow you to send automated SMS reminders for appointments.
To fix the partial WhatsApp functionality issue in BUSY, make sure you are connected to the internet. Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable. If you are still facing the issue, try restarting the software and reconnecting to WhatsApp.
Please verify your sms api id which provided by sms provider and also verify parameters like user name ,password,Senders ID,Mobile number,Message and so on.
