If you generated a WhatsApp message in BUSY but you want to make changes, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Invoice/Document Printing, then select Advanced.
Step 2: then select the sale invoice. In the sales invoice, you will find the defalt SMS format.
Step 3: To change the message, click on the header part to make changes to the message format.

If you are sending WhatsApp messages from BUSY to the wrong number, you need to check the following steps:
 Step 1: Make sure that you have entered the correct number when you send WhatsApp messages from BUSY. You can verify the number by looking at the confirmation screen before sending the message.
 Step 2: Make sure that you have updated the WhatsApp number in the party master of BUSY.

Pls Find the Below Some error shows while sending through Whatsapp.
IF PDF link is not get send on Whatsapp : We have to check the PDF option should be tick in SMS Configuration under Administration.
IF File is too large msg is showing : We have to check the system regional setting which should be UK and set the BUSY Compatibility.
Note : Whatsapp Desktop must be installed on the System

 Step 4 : Select WhatsApp as the channel. 
 Step 5 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the message has to be sent. 
 Step 6 : Click on Send SMS to send the message.

To send sales invoices to customers via WhatsApp/SMS using BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1 : click on administration
Step 2 : configuration
Step 3 : SMS configuration
Step 4 : Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Step 5 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the invoice has to be sent. This will pull the number from Account Master
Step 6 : Click on Send SMS to send the invoice.

The simplest way to print or download a PDF bill from BUSY and send it on WhatsApp is to:
Step 1 : first generate the PDF of the bill in BUSY.
Step 2 : Then, open WhatsApp on your device and send the PDF as an attachment to the desired recipient.
Step 3 : They will be able to download and view the PDF directly from WhatsApp.

The Whatsapp not sending from BUSY even after configuration due to these possible reasons:
1. The whatsapp desktop version is not installed on your system.
2. Issue in internet connection.
3. The antivirus application block the BUSY for access internet.
4. Issue in regional settings of your system.
5. The whatsapp API is wrongly configured.
These are some common reasons and there might be more depending upon the error message.

When unable to send the payment reminder through whatsapp then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that you have configured the proper whatsapp api in BUSY.
 Step 2: Whatsapp web will work in window 8 or above.
 Step 3: Ensure that internet connectivity should be proper.
 Step 4: Check the antivirus if its blocking then exclude it.
