Step Step 1 : Download the desktop version of BUSY.
Step Step 2 : Go to SMS Configuration and create a new format.
Step Step 3 : configure the whatsapp API
Step Step 4 : Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Step Step 5 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the invoice has to be sent. This will pull the number from Account Master.
Step Step 6 : Click on Send SMS to send the invoice.

Step 5: Configure Whatsapp Api & Tick on PDF option.

Step 7: Voucher Series Configuration
Step 8: Select Voucher Type & Series
Step 9: Voucher Configuration
Step 10: Enable the option send SMS after saving the voucher.
Step 11: When we save the voucher then sms will get send on whatsapp with invoice pdf link.

If you are facing unable to send invoice on whatsapp then follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure to check all configuration of whatsapp are correct 
Step 2: Also check net framework 3.5 is installed in your system 
Step 3: Then ensure that select UK in the regional settings from control panel
Step 4: Then ensure that correct date and time is selected in the system 
Step 4: Also ensure that desktop whatsapp is installed in your system 

To integrate whatsapp with BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose SMS API Configuration and create a new format with the name as Whatsapp.
Step 3: Type the whatsapp API as whatsapp://send?phone=phoneno&text=message and fill phoneno in Mobile field and message in the Message field.
Step 4: Save the configurations.
Step 5: Install and login to the desktop version of whatsapp on your system and loging your whatsapp before sending.

If you are facing issue while sending invoice or reports from BUSY via whatsapp, then you can check these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure the whatsapp desktop is properly installed on your system.
Step 2: Internet connection is stable.
Step 3: In BUSY, whatsapp API properly configured.
Step 4: Ensure that the date format and regional settings are up to date in your system.
Step 5: Check your antivirus and ensure that it is not blocking the BUSY application.

To Configure whatsapp API in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Select SMS configuration option and then create new format in it.
Step 3: Specify whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message API in SMS API field and specify phoneNo in Mobile field , Specify message in message field under parameter name.
Step 4: Tick on Upload PDF option display at top of screen and save the configuration. Whatsapp configuration has been done.

To send WhatsApp SMS without PDF in BUSY, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on configuration option
Step 3: Press enter on SMS API Configuration 
Step 4: Select WhatsApp format and untick Upload PDF and then save changes
Step 5: Open the voucher and click on SMS button or press alt+s on the voucher.
Step 6: Select the standard format and enter the recipient's number and send and check.

Steps to configure the format of sending link on whatsapp from BUSY
 Step:1 Firstly take latest backup of the company.
 Step:2 Then go to administration and select configuration option from it.
 Step:3 Then select invoice document printing option.
 Step:4 Select advanced format from it and then create a new format with name BUSYSMS.
 Step:5 Configure according to your needs the newly created format.
 Step:6 Then check by sending whatsapp from BUSY.

Steps to configure the format of sending link on whatsapp from BUSY
