Step 2: Select sms/api configuration option
Step 3: Select whatsapp format and make sure api is correct and all deatils are mentioned then save
Step 4: Also check your intenet connection and send sms

If your whatsapp message is not delivered, chcek the options below:
Step 1: Check your system should have windows 10 or above 
Step 2: Your whatsapp should be update 
Step 3: Go to administration then configuration under that select SMS configuration 
Step 4: Check your API configuration is correct 
Step 5: Internet connection is stable

 Step 1 : Reinstall the WhatsApp application. You can download WhatsApp from the official website or app store and follow the installation instructions.

To disable whatsapp integration in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Configuration then select SMS API Configuration.
Step 3: Select your format and press F8 to delete that.
Note: Take backup of your data before delete as once deleted can not be recovered.

problem showing while uploading PDF from whatsapp to fix this make sure 
1. your internet conection will be proper .
2. API configuration is correct in SMS configuration 
3. also PDF attachement option is enabled in SMS configuration 
4. your PDF application is up-to-date.
5. make sure .net framework is enabled in windows features.

3. then select SMS API template 
4. after that there is option called avoid sending duplicate message to whatsapp, disable that option and save the configuration

 Step 1 : Click on administration
 Step 2 : masters
 Step 3 : Account
 Step 4 : Modify
 Step 5 : Select account and define the whatsapp number
 This will help to send invoice to customer via whatsapp
