How to prevent certain companies from being displayed to specific users in BUSY?

To prevent certain companies from being displayed to specific users in BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: In Access database open the BUSY and select the Set data directory option.
Step 2: Tick on the Generate Data path file option and define the company code that you want to show then locate the data path Location and generate it.
Step 3: Then create a new shortcut of BUSY. To create a new shortcut Right click on Desktop then click on New then the Shortcut option.
Step 4: Browse where BUSY is being Installed then click on ok after that in the specified path click space one time and Mention the Model of BUSY after that mention/DPF=and define where the Data path file is being generated. 
Step 5: In the case of SQL Database open the BUSY and select the Set server Information option.
Step 6: Tick on the Generate Security file option and define the company code with a semi-column for separating the company from each other then locate the security file Location and generate it.
Step 7: Then create a new shortcut of BUSY. To create a new shortcut Right click on Desktop then click on New then the Shortcut option.
Step 8: Browse where BUSY is being Installed then click on ok after that in the specified path click space one time and Mention the Model of BUSY after that mention the security file location where the file is being generated.
