To customize invoices in BUSY, you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY.
Step 2: Then open company in which you want to customise the invoices.
Step 3: Go in administration option.
Step 4: In dropdown select configuration.
Step 5: Then click on Invoice and Document Printing option.
Step 6: Select the relevant format either standard or advanced.
Step 7: Select voucher type, As in standard format you will get the pre defined options to configure your invoice format.
Step 8: If you want to add some more fields which is not in standard format then select advance format.
Step 9: As in advanced format, first select relevant voucher type then click on add format.
Step 10: Add the format name and it will show the default advanced format.

If You Want To customize invoices with company logo and detail in BUSY Follow These Steps:
1.You can add your logo by saving the logo Image in a folder on your computer.
2.Then Go To Administration, Configuration.
3.Then Click on Invoice Document Printing Select Standard
4.Select then invoice i which You Want To add Logo
5.Then entering the file path in the Logo Option appear on Right Side and Save.
6.You can also edit fields such as company name, address, phone number, and email on Company Menu in Edit Company & save.
7.For Advance or design Format Add the Field of Image By Selecting the Print Styles or by Pressing F4.
8.Then Give the Logo Path and save.

I am unable to see the user signature option for invoice printing. Where is this configured?
If you want to add user signature on invoices, you can follow these steps. Please make sure to take latest backup of your data before make any changes.
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Invoice / Document Printing" and choose Standard.
Step 3: Choose the voucher type (such as sale, purchase, etc.) in that you want to add logo.
Step 4: Enable the Print User Signature option by selecting Y, and click on the box appers this is move to the General tab.
Step 5: Here, enable the "Maintain Image & Signature with User" option by selecting Y, Browse the image folder that contains your Signature / Stamp image. Make sure that the image file is in JPEG format and image file name should be as your user name.
Step 5: Now, when you print invoice from standard format signature / stamp image will appear.

First, confirm whether it's format, standard, or design.
If it's standard format, the font size or spacing to fit all the details will automatically come in the default specified size because of its default setting, in that we can't change the font size or spacing to fit all the details.

If its design format, you need to change in your designed advance format, you need to follow the below option:
1. To change the setting in the exiting advance format, you need to contact your local partner or dealer of BUSY, because its chargeable setting is BUSY. If the local partner or dealer of BUSY is not able to do this,
