How can I customize the formatting of invoices/bills in BUSY?

To customize invoices in BUSY, you can follow below steps:
Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on configuration option.
Step 2. Now click on Invoice Document Printing option.
Step 3. Now click on Advanced Option and select the sale invoice type to configure.
Step 4. Now expand sale invoice type and select the format to configure.
Step 5. Now click on Header Body and Footer part for configure the format according to you requirement.
Step 6. Now After changes save the format then check from its preview from sale invoice.

How to integrate UPI for payments in BUSY?

In BUSY, we can mention the UPI payment field in the advance format on chargeable basis from channel partner.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step1 : Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Advanced
Step 5: Select Voucher Type
Step 6: Create Format by QR Code Name
Step 7: Click on Header,Select the required fileds.
Step 8: Open the design format header part, Click on Print Style then select the QR Code field and paste the Format Name which create by QR Code Name.

What is the use of CONDENSE in BUSY?

In BUSY Basically 80 Characters fit in a single line of A4 Size normal (portrait) Mode. That means 10 characters per inch.
With CONDENSE users can fit 17 characters per inch and in a single line total 96 characters.
To use CONDENSE , Please try the following steps:
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format.
Step2 : Utilising the and directives, users can seamlessly accommodate up to 136 characters within a solitary line. It is imperative that users insert their intended content between these directives to ensure optimal presentation.

While printing sales invoice the horizontal line not showing after description of goods in header part in BUSY.

If horizontal line is not showing after description of goods in header of designed format in BUSY, you need to follow these steps to fix it:
Step 1: Go to Administration the click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice / Document Printing then click on Advanced.
Step 3: Enter on Sales Invoice and select your format name.
Step 4: Click on Page Settings and increase the No. of lines of Header. If you increase in header you have decrease some line from body or footer part.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

How can I preview the invoice before sending to a customer?

To preview an invoice before sending it to a customer in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Open the invoice you want to preview.
Step 2. Click on the "Preview" button or go to the "Print" menu and select "Preview".
Step 3. A preview window will open, showing you how the invoice will look when printed.
Step 4. You can scroll through the preview to review all the details and make sure everything is correct.
Step 5. If needed, you can make any necessary changes to the invoice before sending it to the customer.

I am unable to find the configuration settings for invoice printing. Where can I locate the settings to customize invoice printing?

To find the configuration settings for invoice printing, you need to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration section.
Step 2: Then, click on Configuration.
Step 3: Within the Configuration menu, select Invoice or Document Printing.
Step 4: After that, go to the Advanced settings.
Step 5: Next, choose Sale Invoice.
Step 6: Now, select the particular sales invoice format that you need.
Step 7: Here you can configure your customised invoice printing.
Step 8: When you do this, your customised sales invoice will be in the designated location, as per the format you've chosen.

I want to customize my invoice design but the changes I make are not reflecting. What should I do?

If the changes you have done not reflecting in the design format then make sure you have selected the correct field.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Then Advanced
Step 5: Select the required voucher type and format
Step 6: Click on Header, Body or Footer, where you have did the changes then correct it.
Note : Modification will be done on chargeable basis and can contact to the channel partner.

How do I enter text in One Company Advanced printing format in BUSY Accounting Software?

To enter text in advance printing format in BUSY , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select invoice document printing then go to advance
Step 3: Select invoice type and then format
Step 4: Now select header , body or footer in which yoy want to enter text
Step 5: select the placement of text then click on field available option
Step 6: Now select static text option and mention text in place of enter text hear and mention number of characters then save

Why is the HSN code not showing in a particular item of the invoice?

If the HSN code not showing in a particular item of the invoice , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type that you want to customize (for example, sale or purchase, etc), you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Click on the Self Configured button
Step 5: check HSN column width from Body Configuration and save the Configuration.
Step 6; Save Configuration.

Can we customize multiple Invoice print format in BUSY?

In BUSY, you can customize multiple template for printing by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice/Document Printing and then choose Advanced.
Step 3: Select the required voucher type then click on Add format buttom display at right side.
Step 4: Next, Select the newly created format then can customize the format header , footer, body through HTML coding.
