To customize the invoice format in BUSY to only contain the QR code, you will need to contact the person/team who designed your invoice format. They can make the necessary modifications to remove all other details and include only the QR code. Alternatively, BUSY can customize the invoice format for a fee of Rs. 900 plus applicable taxes.

Yes, it is possible to customize the fields on the invoice form in BUSY, but it requires a custom design format invoice which may require additional design services charges for this you need to contact your local partner or dealer, if local partner or dealer not available then you need to mail the customize requirement on support ID.

To change the terms and conditions for printing purchase orders in BUSY , you need to follow these steps : 
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Configurations click on Invoice and Document Printing 
Step 2 : select standard select voucher type then in right side in footer change the terms and conditions and click on save button.

To print page number in the sales invoice you need to enable the option from the below steps.
Step1 : Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Invoice Document printing 
Step 4: Then Standard or Advanced
Step 5: Then Select the Voucher Type 
Step 6: On the left bottom side, Enable the print page no. in multiple page invoice

To print a standard format for stock memo transfer in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration
Step 2: And select Invoice and Document Printing. From there, choose Standard and select the stock transfer memo voucher type. 
Step 3: Set the configuration and click on save button.
Step 4: Now print it.

If printing sales voucher with standard format and item wise discount is not printing, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on invoice and document printing and select standard.
Step 3: Now select sales invoice and select self configured and mention the number of character and caption for discount and save.

In standard format of BUSY by default GST no appear of your company.
