To access and print custom templates in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Invoice/document printing
Step 4 : Advanced
Step 5 : Select voucher type
Step 6 : Select access and print the custom template available

The text may not fit properly on A5 paper due to the format configuration including page setting.To adjust the page ratios and fit the text, you can change the settings of your display  and also can set scale in system.

To customize the invoice template/design in BUSY, you can contact BUSY support or your BUSY dealer. They can help you create a customized invoice format that meets your specific requirements. Please note that there may be additional charges for this service.

Yes, it is possible to add extra fields to the invoice format in BUSY. However, adding custom fields may require modification charges. You can contact your dealer or the person who designed the format for assistance with adding the extra fields.

The changes to the invoice format may not be getting saved in BUSY due to limitations in the software. The government mandated invoice format cannot be modified, so you will have to continue with the new format provided by the software.

For customization of report when you open report on the top of report option show custom. For customization in Prints go to invoice document printing from administration tab for standard printing documents. For design contact to BUSY Support or authorised dealer
