To customize the invoice format in BUSY, you can contact our centralized help desk at 8282828282. If there are minor changes, they do it without any charges. Otherwise, they can charge rupees 1350 plus 18% GST for the invoice customization.

BUSY provides two type of formats for printing invoices in BUSY such as Standard format and Advance format. Both formats can be customize as per your requirements. For advanced format you need to contact them who customize it for you.

You can get the voucher printing format customized in BUSY by contacting a dealer or getting in touch with BUSY support for assistance. There may be a one-time fee for customization and any subsequent modifications may also be chargeable.

To preview invoices and bills before printing in BUSY please follow below steps. 
Step 1: Open voucher and press ALT+P 
Step 2: Select invoice to print then select BUSY format. 
Step 3: Then press ALT+P and check preview. 

In BUSY standard or default format there is no option to print outstanding dues amount o it. In that case you need to customize the printing format either from your authorized channel partner or share your requirements on support@busy.in

In standard invoice format of BUSY, you cannot made any changes as it is software inbuild format. In order to bold any data or field , you can customize the invoice format as per need through HTML coding.
