In standard format we have option to print only user signature only, no option to print customer signature. But you can customize your format from your authorized channel partner for the same.

To resolve the querry of not printing some of the fileds in designed format need to contact to your dealer for that.
 Note: Modification in the designed format is chargeable service.

Format designing is a chargeable process.To add column of parameterized value and its price at sales invoice printing , you can contact to your local channel partner or at customer support helpdesk.

The standard format is a pre designed template that does not allow modification of any field based on specific needs, whereas the advanced format allow customization and designing to fullfill your requirements.

To print item description 
 follow these guidelines 
 1.fisrtly check Administration then configuration 
 2.click voucher series configuration then sale invoice select series 
 3.voucher configuration then click item wise description.

BUSY has some default invoice formats such as Standard (A4), A5 Half Page, Slip 3 inch and Slip 4 inch. You can also customize the invoice format according to your business needs.

The standard invoice format in BUSY does not display previous and current balance totals. To view these totals, a customized invoice format needs to be created, which is a chargeable service.

If advanced invoice not appearing correctly then the configuration has not done properly. You can contact to the channel partner for proper format designing and will be done on chargeable basis.

Yes, you can add additional information or fields in BUSY invoice. but you need to customize the invoice format and define the additional fields and information
