In BUSY, there is already given A5 format to printing sales invoice. If you want to customize it as per your requirements then you need to concern with your authorized channel partner or dealer.

To customize text messages with invoice details in BUSY, you can go to Administration, Configuration, Inverse Document Printing, Advanced, and select the invoice format in which you want to change the message body text.
