Yes, there is a cost for making changes in Designed/Advance invoice format.
If you want some changes in standard invoice format then there is no fee/cost for modification, if your modification is possible in standard format.

You can customise invoices as per your business needs as advanced format in BUSY and it will be on chargeable basis and you can contact to your dealer and charges depends upon the customisation required

In BUSY, there is already given A5 format to printing sales invoice. If you want to customize it as per your requirements then you need to concern with your authorized channel partner or dealer.

To customize text messages with invoice details in BUSY, you can go to Administration, Configuration, Inverse Document Printing, Advanced, and select the invoice format in which you want to change the message body text.

In BUSY, there are different invoice formats available.
 1. Standard format.
 2. A5 Half Page.
 3. Slip 3Inch GST.
 4. Slip 4inch GST.
 And you can design self format according to you need.

Yes, if you want to remove unwanted elements from your invoice and there is no option to remove in standard configuraton  in BUSY so you will need to create a design format.
