To reduce the item allowance on the invoice printout in BUSY, you can adjust the screen resolution and margins in the invoice template. By reducing the screen resolution and adjusting the top, bottom, left, and right margins, you can ensure that the invoice fits properly on the page without any cut off.

The optional fields may not be showing up properly when printing from the ledger because they are only visible in the voucher entry and not in the ledger. Additionally, only the custom column of the optional field can be added to the report. Then you can print the ledger with optional fields.

The "Print Invoice" option in BUSY is used to print out invoices, which are documents that detail the products or services purchased by a customer. On the other hand, the "Print Availability" option is used to print out availability reports, which provide information about the availability of products or services in stock.

If you are not able to print from BUSY after upgrade so follow these steps:
Step 1: Remove & reinstall printer driver once in system.
Step 2: Check printer in BUSY from hardware configuration as have you picked correct or not.
Step 3: If not printing from direct desktop so please check printer driver.

Yes, if the printer is not connected to the system, you need to ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer and turned on If still face the same issue then have to Install a Printer driver on the System, and for that, you can contact from Hardware person.

If the PDF file is getting saved instead of getting print from BUSY then make sure that the printer is properly configured in the hardware configuration.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Hardware Configuration
Step 4: Select the required printer and save it.

For Print Invoice you need to ensure these Points: 
1: Go to Configuration then click on hardware configuration Select print by default. 
2: Select printer bydefault in control pannel. 
3: Go to Voucher series configuration and click on voucher configuration print sale invoice after saving voucher specify formate.

If your printout appears inverted or invaginated, follow these steps.
 Step 1. Make sure the printer settings are correct and properly aligned.
 Step 2. Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.
 Step 3. Try printing a different document directly from your computer.

If invoice printing layout is disturbed after updating the BUSY software, then you need to check after restore a backup which you have take before updating BUSY. Alternatively, check after print any PDF or other file beyond the BUSY and check if is correct or not.
