There are too many small letters on my screen and I can't read the entries clearly. Can I increase the font or text size? 

Yes, you can enlarge the text size on your screen by adjusting the screen resolution, for that follow steps:
Step 1 : Go to desktop
Step 2 : Then select display settings
Step 3 : Set the screen resolution and save it

While Click on printer Configuration or in Print Automation Error Came 

Possible reasons for showing automation error while click on printer configuration.
1. If the printer driver is not installed.
2. If wrong printer is selected in printer configuration.

I want to re-print an old receipt or invoice. How can I access and print historical receipts? 

To print old reccipt go to:
Step 1 : CLick on display
Step 2 : Then account books
Step 3 : Then account register
Step 4 : CLick receipt register
Step 5 : Open report and print voucher that you want to print

Can I print sales invoices again from BUSY if I have modified the GST details? 

Yes, you can print sales invoices again from BUSY if you have modified the GST details or any other information. 
Please note that it could be possible only if the sub-user has permission to change and print it.

How do I adjust the screen resolution for better printing? 

To adjust the screen resolution for better printing in BUSY, keep the resolution at (1024 x 768) and do not change it. This will ensure that your printing is correct and your resolution is visible in your BUSY.

What to do if the format is coming out different in the printout despite being correct in the preview? 

If the printout is coming out different despite being correct in the preview, then might be issue in your printer settings. In that case you need to export as PDF and check after print from that PDF.

The invoice bill is not getting printed even after I gave the print command. What should I do? 

If you are unable to get print from BUSY even after give print command then first check by printing external pdf and if you are getting same issue kindly check the printer setting on your system.

I'm having trouble getting a print to show properly on multiple systems. How can I fix this? 

To show same print in multiple system in that case system printer setting must be same in all systems and hardware settings too and also printer should be same to get same print in multiple system

What should I do if nothing is showing after the preview invoice in BUSY? 

If preview option is not showing then you can check by change change your printer and also make sure that format is standard and if it is design format then you need to configure it properly.

Why is the text on my sales invoices printing out blurred and overlapped? 

If the text on your sales invoice print out blurred and overlapped, then you need to check your printer settings. You can also check your system screen resolution. The recommended resolution as per BUSY is 1366X768.
