To resolve the printer error while printing the invoice in BUSY, follow these troubleshootin steps:
Step 1: Cross check you have selected the correct printer driver while printing an invoice from BUSY.
Step 2: Make sure that the printer is ready.
Step 3: Check to print any PDF from your system beyond the BUSY to identify weather issue in your printer or in BUSY.

If you can't print from BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1 In Control Panel, open the printer driver and check test print.
If the test print works fine, log in to BUSY.
Step 2 Go to the administration menu, click on configuration, and enter hardware configuration.
Step 3 Set the printer driver that is working fine.
Following these steps should help resolve printing issues in BUSY.

To set hardware configuration,please follow steps : 
Step 1: In BUSY, go to the Administration menu and click on the Configurations option. Then, select the "Hardware Configuration" option and try to reduce the Line per page and Shrink Printing to % values. 
Step 2: Test your printer by printing any PDF file and see if the issue persists or not.

For printing issue,Follow below Steps :
Click on
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Voucher Series Configuration
Step 4:- Select Voucher Type & Series
Step 5:- Voucher Configuration
Step 6:- Enable the print invoice after saving.
If Still Same Issue Then check below options:
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Hardware Configuration
Step 4:- Set Printer 
Printing is properly coming from other application then remove & reinstall BUSY.

To resolve the issue of being unable to take printouts in BUSY , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : You can try checking your printer settings and ensuring that the printer is properly connected and configured.
Step 2 : Go to administration then configuration go to hardward configuration and check printer hardware setting and click on save button.

Please check if the printer is properly connected to the system and configured in the software. If the issue persists, try restarting both the printer and the system.
Check whether normal print is being done from Excel and PDF or not, If print not done from excel,check your printer from hardware person or check may be page stuck in queues

The ideal page size, margin, and orientation for PDF invoice generation may vary depending on your specific requirements and preferences. It is recommended to use standard page sizes such as A4 or Letter, with margins of at least 0.5 inches on all sides. The orientation can be either portrait or landscape, depending on the layout of your invoice.

To troubleshoot print errors in BUSY:
1. Check Printer Connection with USB Cable and Port
2. Restart the Printer thn try
3. Review Print Queue, sometime printer is paused or offline
4. Paper and Ink/Toner
5. Test Print
6. Update/Reinstall the Drivers if required
7. Keep note the Error Message

You can change the print out from saying "duplicate" to saying "original, duplicate, triplicate" by going to
Step 1 : CLick on Administration 
Step 2 : Then Configuration 
Step 3 : Then Invoice Document Printing 
Step 4 :Select voucher type and voucher print format
Step 5 : Enable changing the print copy titles to Original, Duplicate, Triplicate etc.

To fix printing issues with page two in BUSY
1. Check the hardware configuration in BUSY and configure the left and right page settings.
2. Adjust the shrink page settings if necessary.
3. Verify your printer settings by conducting a sample test print.
4. Reinstall the printer drivers if necessary.
