To print invoices directly from the BUSY software and it always opens up a PDF preview first, to solve this follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Control Panel on your computer.
Step 2: In Control Panel, go to the Hardware and Sound section.
Step 3: Within Hardware and Sound, locate and select Devices and Printers.
Step 4: Choose your default printer, right click on it, and select Printer Properties.
Step 5: In the Printer Properties window, look for an option related to saving as PDF during printing.
Step 6: Disable or uncheck this option to prevent saving as PDF and enable direct printing.
By following these steps and disabling the PDF saving option, you should be able to print your invoices directly without generating a separate PDF.

Step 4: Select the printer from dropdown. If printer is not showing in dropdown then check is it installed or not on system.
Step 5: Voucher Series Configuration
Step 6: Select Voucher Type & Series
Step 7: Enable option print invoice after saving the voucher.

Step 1: Take the backup of the Company
Step 2: Housekeeping
Step 3: Reindex Database
Printing Issue in All Company:
Click On
Step 1: Take the Backup of the Company.
Step 2: Remove & Reinstall it BUSY

If the grand total information is missing in the printout then you can check the below points:
1. Check if the same issue appearing in Preview also
2. Check the paper size you have selected as per your format such as for standard format you should choose A4 size paper
3. If you are using standard format then sceen resolution should be 1024x768 or according to screen with text size as small.
4. Also check the Number of lines per page through hardware configuration as by default it should be 60 
5. If you are using any advance format then check the page settings and number of lines as per section wise such as Body header and footer

want to print second language in invoce need to configure it in BUSY for that follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. open features and options then click on general tab
3. enabled second language

5. after download tool you need to installed it in windows 
6. then again go to the general tab and sepciFinancial Year second language and font size, save configuration.
7. then go to the standard invoice configuration 
8. select sales 
9. and enabled second language option and other relevant field print in second language 
10 . save configuration and check in invoice printing.
