Step 5: On Right Hand Side below ,Can Edit the Terms and Conditions.

To print expiry date on invoice follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration 
Step 2: Then go to reference group summary printing configuration
Step 3: Now select Batch Details Printing (Documents)
Step 4: Mention yes in Expiry date and save

To configure standard format you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Invoice document and printing and then select standard.
Step 3: Now select the required voucher for configure accordingly.

While printing bills Adobe reader opening automatically to stop this you need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Right click on PDF 
Step 2: Click on properties and Change the default PDF as Chrome
Step 3: Save the chnages

No, you do not need to keep the logo file on each PC for it to be visible to all users in BUSY Accounting software. You can save the logo file on server PC and share the logo folder .

for Remove QR Code In Sale Invoice Format See the below step
Step : 1 Login the Company 
Step : 2 Go to Administration Configuration Invoice Document Printing Standard 
Step : 3 Disiable Print E Invoice QR Code and Save

The reason for unresponsive PDF files exported from BUSY could be due to the default PDF application not being set to Adobe Reader. To resolve this issue, change the default PDF application to Adobe Reader and refresh the system.

You can uodate business'additioanl information like bank name, IFSC code
To update bank detail follow the bellow mentioned Steps: 
Step 1: Press F2 and then Click on Invoice document printing
Step 2: Select Voucher Type 
Step 3: Change the Bank details

For printing of invoice acknowledgement no. and date on the invoice please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Configration 
 Step 3:- Invoice/Document Printing
 Step 4:- Sales invoice, Standard enable option Print E-inv. IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date save

For IRN and QR code printed on invoice please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Configration
 Step 3:- Invoice/Document Printing
 Step 4:- Standard, Sales invoice 
 Step 5:- Enable option print IRN and QR code
