Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to renewal-enquiry - after version upgrade
If Dongle is upgraded but BLS show date 01-12-1990 follow the below steps:
Step 1: Change dongle Port
Step 2: Insert Dongle in Other System
Step 3: Share Error image in Support@busy.in email id
Step 4: Team Will provide SIgnature file on register email id
Step 5: Download Signature file from register Email
Step 6: Go to Licence Management
Step 7: Go to Upgrade BUSY (for Dongle only)
Step 8: Select Upgrade File path
Step 9: Click on Check Upgrade File
Step 10: Click on Upgrade
Step 11: Reopen BUSY
If BLS date is not updated after renewed bls follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence Management
Step 2: Go to Get softlock Licence
Serial No
Registered Email id
Registration Password
Step 3: You will Receive BLS upgrade file on email
Step 4: Copy paste BLS Upgrade file in BUSYwin folder (Where BUSY is Installed)
To get File setup BLS/Upgrade (In case of Dongle) follow the below steps:
Step 1:Download Upgrade file from Email
Step 2: Go to Licence Management
Step 3: Go to Upgrade BUSY (for Dongle only)
Step 4: Select Upgrade File path
Step 5 Click on Check Upgrade File
Step 6: Click on Upgrade
Step 7: Reopen BUSY
To get File setup BLS/Upgrade (In case of Softlock) follow the below steps:
Step 1: Download licence file from registered email id
Step 2: Go to BUSY Install Drive ( where BUSY is installed)
Step 3: Go to BUSYwin Folder
Step 4: Replace Licence file
Step 5: Reopen BUSY
To upgrade dongle follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence Management
Step 2: Upgrade BUSY (For Dongle only)
Step 3: Select path of BUF file
Step 4: Select Check Upgrade File
Step 5: Select Upgrade
Step 6: Reinsert Dongle
Step 7: Reopen BUSY
Yes, you can upgrade from Basic Single to Standard Demo version to giv access to manufacturing features. The manufacturing feature is only available in the Standard and enterprise version.upgradation will be done on chargeable basis from dealer.
