Can I upgrade from Basic Single to Standard Demo version to access the manufacturing features?

Yes, you can upgrade from Basic Single to the Standard (Demo) version to get access to Manufacturing features. Please note that the Manufacturing module is available only in the Standard and Enterprise versions.
The upgrade is chargeable and can be done through an authorized dealer or you may contact our 24×7 helpline at 8282 8282 82 or 011-4096 4096 for assistance.

I Renew my BLS but BLS date is not updated

If the BLS date is not updated after renewing BLS, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to License Management.
Step 2: Click on Get Softlock License.
Enter the Activation Key
Enter the OTP and complete the registration
Step 3: The new or updated license file will be automatically pasted into the BUSYWIN folder, and the BLS date will be updated.

I Received licence file after upgrade How to get File setup BLS/Upgrade (In case of Softlock)

To get File setup BLS/Upgrade (In case of Softlock) follow the below steps: 
Step 1: Download licence file from registered email id 
Step 2: Go to BUSY Install Drive ( where BUSY is installed)
Step 3: Go to BUSYwin Folder
Step 4: Replace Licence file 
Step 5: Reopen BUSY
