Run Time Error ‘457’, This key is already associated with an element of this collection while opening BUSY with softlock licence.

The error occurs in the BUSY Software when attempting to check the licence from the BUSYwin folder. 
If error message show Run Time Error ‘457’, This key is already associated with an element of this collection while opening BUSY with softlock licence follow the below steps:
Step 1:Open Control Panel: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type "control" and press Enter to open the Control Panel.
Step 2: Access Region Settings: In the Control Panel, click on "Clock and Region," and then click on "Region" (Windows 10 and Windows 8) or "Change date, time, or number formats" (Windows 7).
Step 3: Administrative Tab: In the Region dialog box, go to the "Administrative" tab.
Step 4 : Change System Locale: Under the "Language for non-Unicode programs" section, click on the "Change system locale" button.
Step 5 : Select Non-UTF Locale: In the Region Settings dialog, select a non-UTF locale from the list. For example, you might choose an encoding based on your preferred language or the language primarily used in your region.
Step 6 :Restart Your Computer: After selecting the non-UTF locale, you will be prompted to restart your computer. Save any work, close applications, and then restart your computer to apply the changes.
