Taking backup of latest data in BUSY. What is the process?

If you want to take the data backup, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, and click on Backup Configuration. 
 Step 2: The Backup Configuration window will appear. Provide the folder path where you want to take the backup. 
 Step 3: You can also set a backup path for weekdays. 
 Step 4: In the data fields mentioned above, enter the path for taking a backup of data. 
 Step 5: For example, if you are taking a backup on Monday, the data will be stored at the path specified in the Monday data field. 
 Step 6: Enter Y when prompted for backup at the time of closing the company and save the configuration. 
 Step 7: You can also take a backup from BUSY Agent. 
 Step 8: Download the BUSY Agent from busy.in or you can also download it from BUSY. 
 Step 9: Install BUSY Agent in the Bsywin folder. 
 Step 10: Provide the path of your data directory in General Configuration and save. 
 Step 11: Click on Backup Configuration (Local) and enter the path of the backup folder. 
 Step 12: Click on Backup Schedule and select the days on which you want to take a backup. 
 Step 13: Set the timing of the backup and save the configurations. 
 Step 14: If you want to take a backup in Google Drive, click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive). 
 Step 15: Enter your email ID and authenticate by clicking on Authorize. 
 Step 16: Follow the same steps as in 12 & 13.
