Reasons 1 : E-Invoice PDF not Generating in E-Invocetemp Folder
Solution:
Step 1: Check for any old files in the einvocetemp folder and delete them.
Step 2: Make sure you have full permission to generate PDF files in the einvocetemp folder.
Step 3: Install the latest BUSY setup on your system. If you have older releases, uninstall them and install the latest setup in a different location or rename the older BUSYwin folder before reinstalling.
Step 4: After generating the E-Invoice PDF in the einvocetemp folder, check if it opens with a PDF reader. If it's not opening, change the default PDF opening program or install the latest PDF reader.
Reasons 2 : Issues in GSP Configuration
Solution:
Ensure that you have configured both GSPs for E-Invoice. Sometimes, the system may generate the E-Invoice with one GSP but try to print from another.
Reasons 3 : Ensure Issues from GSP Portal
Check for any issues on the GSP portal that could be affecting E-Invoice printing.
The barcode or QR code is not visible on the autogenerated invoice preview. How can I see and print the barcode or QR code?
To see and print the barcode or QR code in the autogenerated invoice, you need to follow the below step:
First Confirm whats it's format Standard or design.
If its standard format, This can be done by going to the settings menu with the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then Configuration
Step 2: Then select Invoice Document Printing, then Standard, then select Sales Invoice
Step 3: After selecting the invoice settings, enable the QR code option and E invoice INR, Ack No., and Ack Date.
Step 4: Once enabled, the E invoice INR, Ack No., and Ack Date and QR code will automatically be generated and added to your invoices.

1. To change setting in exiting advance format, you need to contact your local partner dealer of BUSY,becuase its chargeble setting in BUSY, and if local partner dealer of BUSY not able to do this,

Step 1: After generating the original e invoice, you cannot directly re generate it because it has a unique E invoice Acknowledgment Number (Ack. No.), Acknowledgment Date (Ack Date), and INR number that have already been generated.
Step 2: If you need to re generate an e invoice, you must cancel the original e invoice within 24 hours of its creation.
Step 3: After cancelling the original e invoice, you can then generate a new e invoice with the necessary modifications. However, this new e invoice will have a different invoice number. It can't have the same number as the original e invoice.
By following these steps, you can effectively re generate and print an e invoice that has already been created. Just remember that you need to cancel the original e invoice within the specified time frame, and the new invoice will have a different invoice number.

Why am I unable to see the E-invoice bill generation option in BUSY?
To see the e invoice bill generation option in BUSY, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Ensure that e invoice configuration is done in the GST or VAT tab with GSP Configuration and with both GSP Webtel and Pinnacle.
Step 2: Also, make sure that your QR code print option is enabled in the Sales invoice bill print option, as well as Print E invoice IRN, Ack. No., and Act Date.
Step 3: Also, make sure the Voucher Series Configuration option generates an e invoice after the saving option is enabled.
Step 3: After confirming the above option, you need to go to the particular sale invoice bill, and in that, you will get the transport window. In the transport window, specify the e invoice required, yes, and fill in the relevant information for e invoice generation, then click OK.
Step 4: After saving the invoice, you will see the dialogue box asking, Do you want to generate an e invoice? Click yes if you want to generate it.

What all voucher configuration settings do I need to check in BUSY to ensure e-invoice will generate properly?
To ensure e invoice will generate properly, follow these steps to ensure all necessary options are enabled and configured correctly:
Step 1: Verify GSP Configuration and User Validation:
Go to Administration in BUSY.
Under Configuration, go to Features Options.
Ensure that E invoice Confirmation is enabled for GST or VAT.
Validate the GSP configuration for both Webtel and Pinnacle, including providing the GSP user's and password in BUSY.
Step 2: Enable QR Code and E invoice Details in Sales Invoice Print:
Confirm that the QR code print option is enabled in the Sales Invoice bill print settings.
Ensure that Print E invoice IRN, Ack. No., Act Date is selected.
Step 3: Activate E invoice After Saving in Voucher Series Configuration:
Access the Voucher Series Configuration option.
Enable the E invoice after saving option to ensure E invoices are generated automatically after saving.
Step 4: Check E invoice Portal Configuration:
Verify that the E invoice option is available and configured correctly in the E invoice portal.
