Yes, there are some limitations on generating Eway bill through BUSY like:
Only one transporter detail can be mentioned in Eway if generate Eway bill from BUSY.
Will my E-Way bill data be saved if I uninstall BUSY software?
Yes, your E-Way bill data will be saved even if you uninstall the BUSY, but we recommened you to take backup before uninstall and reinstall BUSY.
Do I need to enter transporter ID, GST number or vehicle number?
To generate E way bill, it is necessary to specify either transporter name with its GSTIN or vehicle number in transport details window during voucher entry.
Getting Invalid Vehicle Number Format error while generating E way bill

Can we modify sale voucher whose eway bill is already generated.
No, Modification of eway bill is not allowed on government portal need to cancel eway bill first and then regenerate eway bill for that voucher again.
How does your software calculate distance between pincodes for E-way billing?
BUSY software calculates the distance between pincodes for E-way billing automatically based on the pincodes entered by the user according to dispatch location and delivery location
What version of BUSY has the e way billing integration?
BUSY 21 standard and enterprise edition can automatically generate e-way bills. You need to have an active BLS (BUSY License Subscription) for this feature to work.
Are e-way bills compatible with all voucher types in BUSY?
No, E- way bills are not compatible for all vouchers that is compatible for only

There is no such option to generate otp for E-way bill portal go through Google or other browser to eway bill portal and then generate OTP
