To save the E-Way bill from BUSY on your laptop, you can follow below steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the Transaction menu.
2. Generate the E-Way bill for the desired transaction.
3. Once the E-Way bill is generated, click on the print option.
4. Instead of printing, choose the option to save the E-Way bill as a PDF file.
5. Select the location on your laptop where you want to save the E-Way bill.
6. Click on the save button to save the E-Way bill locally on your laptop.
By following these steps, you will be able to save the E-Way billl from BUSY on your laptop.

If you're experiencing issues with the print option for the generated e-Way bill in BUSY, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem: 
1. Check if your printer is correctly set up and configured with the software. Ensure that the printer drivers are updated, and the printer is set as the default printer on your system. 
2. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions within the software to print or view reports. For this, you want to Set UAC Compatibility of BUSY 
3. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling the software

There could be many reason of unable to print or view Invoice: 
You need to remove E Way bill No and E way bill date from Transport window then save and re entr details in Transport window then give command of print e way bill. 
Step 1: Go to configuration click on Features and option. 
Step 2: Select GST/VAT Select GSP configuration validate. 
Step 3: Create GSP ID On Portal Select GSP configuration Mention GSP ID and validate. 
Step 4: Click on GST/VAT Select GSP configuration Mention GSP ID and validate. 
Then proceeed for Print. 

To resolve the issue of being unable to print an E-Way Bill from BUSY, you can try the following steps: 
Step 1: Check by switching GSP ID in GSP configuration from the GST/VAT feature. 
Step 2: Right-click on any PDF file and change the default PDF reader in properties. 
Step 3: Try reinstalling the PDF reader. 
Step 4: Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to print an E-Way Bill. 
Step 5: Check if you have a proper internet connection. 
Step 6: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support.

If you want to print the generated Eway bill then you can refer below steps for the same:
1. Open the voucher in modify mode and resave the same so that the pop up will appear to print the Eway bill.
2. Go to Transaction menu
3. Click on Miscl. GST Utilities 
4. Click on Eway bill management
5. Click on Generate and print Eway bill tab 
6. Select the option Automatic or Josn 
7. Select voucher type date range and load the list 
8. Select the Invoices and click on the Print Eway bill tab

To Print invoice and e-way bill then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu 
Step 2: Click on configuration 
Step 3: Then click on voucher series configuration 
Step 4: Then select voucher and series 
Step 5: Then click on voucher configuration box 
Step 6: Then enable Print sale invoice after saving as Y and configure it 
Step 6: Then enable generate e-way bill after saving as Y 
Step 7: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 8: After that, you can print invoice along with e-way bill

To download and print E way bills generated by BUSY, you need to follow these step:
Step 1: Go to Transaction section then Click on GST misc. Utilities
Step 2: Choose E way Bill Management option then Select Generate/Print E-way 
Step 3: Click on the Automatic tab, then select the voucher type and enter the date range.
Step 4: Then, click on Load list and select invoices of which you want to print the E-way Bill.
Step 5: Now, click on Print E way Bill then a PDF will open, you can print or save it.

If you are not unable to print The E-Way Bill from GST misc. utility option, you can try following steps to resolve it:
Step 1: Make sure any pdf of same voucher is not already open. If it is open , close it and try to print.
Step 2: Check by switching GSP ID in GSP configuration from the GST/VAT feature.
Step 3: Right-click on any PDF file and change the default PDF reader in properties.
Step 4: Try to reinstall the PDF reader.
Step 5: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support.

To print E-Way bill properly , follow below steps: 
 Step 1: Check internet conncetion as it should be stable 
 Step 2: Change GSP prefrence through: 
 . Go in administration. 
 . Select configuration and under it feature and options. 
 . Click on GST/VAT. 
 . Then click on GSP configurtion and change. 
 Step 3: Install DotNetFrame work in system. 
 Step 4: Change default browser. 
 Step 5: Re install BUSY in fresh folder.

Steps should I take if BUSY is unable to connect to the portal for printing eway bills and invoices
Step 1: Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable
Step 2: Verify that you have entered the correct login credentials for the e-way bill portal in eway bill GSP configuration window
Step 3: Make sure that the GSP ID is validated sucessfully
Step 4: Update BUSY software to the latest version and no older instances should be there
Step 5: Check your firewall and antivirus settings and exlude BUSY from the settings
