You can print the E-way bill after you generate it in BUSY. Alternatively, you can also use these steps to print the E-way bill:
Step 1: Go to the Transactions menu and select GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 2: Select E-Way Bill Management and choose Generate / Print E-Way Bill.
Step 3: Select Automatic and choose the Vch Type and date range. Then, click on Load List.
Step 4: Select the voucher that you want to print the E-way bill for and click on Print E-Way Bill. Then, proceed with the printing.

If you want to print e way bill generated by BUSY then please follow the given 
steps
Step 1: Go to transaction menu then GST misc. utilities
Step 2: Then E way bill & e invoice management then generate print e way bill 
Step 3: Then automatic then voucher type then voucher series group then 
 then starting and ending date and load list.
Step 4: Then tick the voucher whose e way bill you want to print. 
Step 5: Then click on the print e way bill option.

If certain features, like E-Way Bill printing, are not working, follow the steps below to resolve it: 
Step 1: Check whether GSP IDs are fed in GSP Configuration from the GST/VAT feature. 
Step 2: Verify if BUSY is updated properly without having any errors. 
Step 3: Ensure that you have all the rights and permissions for printing E-Way Bills. 
Step 4: Check if data and settings are properly migrated after updating BUSY. 
Step 5: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support.

Yes, you can save e-way bill print.
you have to click on yes fro do you want to print option after generate & then pdf will open on Chrome after open e-way bill pdf BUSY auto save your e-way bill print in -way bill folder of BUSYwin folder but you can also save your e-way bill pdf through click on printer icon which will shown on header of pdf then you have to select save to pdf in printer & then click on print.

To print e way bill in detailed you can follow the steps. 
 Step 1. Go to administration menu click. 
 Step 2. Go to configuration click. 
 Step 3. Features or options click. 
 Step 4. Gst/vat tab click. 
 Step 5. Now click on e way bill configuration. 
 Step 6. Then select detailed in e way bill print format. 
 Step 7. Now save the configuration. 
 Now you can check e way print it will show in detailed

To fix the issue of the PDF file for the E-Way Bill not opening, you can try the following steps: 
Step 1: Ensure that a PDF reader is installed, such as Adobe Reader. 
Step 2: Check by switching GSP ID in GSP configuration from the GST/VAT feature. 
Step 3: Right-click on any PDF file and change the default PDF reader in properties. 
Step 4: Try to reinstall the PDF reader. 
Step 5: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support.

If you restarted your computer after installing .NET but you still unable to print, you need to follow the below reasons:
1. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
2. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.

To search and print an e-way bill from the GSTN portal, you can follow these steps:
Step 1 : Log in to the GSTN portal.
Step 2 : Go to the search option on the portal.
Step 3 : Enter the e-way bill number you want to search for.
Step 4 : Once you find the e-way bill, there should be an option to print it.
Step 5 : Click on the print option to generate a printable version of the e-way bill.
