My GST ID is not validated on the portal. What should I do to generate it properly? 

If GST ID is not validated on the portal,See the follow step below:
 Step1 : First check the GST ID is correct when validating.
 Step2 : Try validating GST ID sometime later .
 Step3 : Still not validating contact to portal helpdesk.

How do I allow API access again in BUSY if it has expired? 

To manage API access on portal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open/login your gst portal 
Step 2: click on view profile option 
Step 3: Then click on manage API access 
Step 4: Enable API access for 30 days and then click on confirm.

I had my portal ID created recently but it is still not working. What should I check or do to get it working? 

To troubleshoot a newly created but non-functional portal ID, follow these steps: 
 Step 1:Verify if the portal ID has been activated. 
 Step 2:If issues persist, contact your GST practitioner or reach out to GST customer support for assistance.

The auto-download feature does not seem to be working properly. How can I troubleshoot this? 

To troubleshoot the auto-download feature, you can try selecting the manual download option and selecting the data to download every month. You can also check if GSP's API access is enabled and if the BUSY agent is properly installed and configured.

I am having an issue downloading invoices/bills from a certain date range. The invoices show in the BUSY software but not when I download the GSTR- file from the GST portal. Why is this? 

It is possible that the missing invoices were not included in the GSTR 1 filing or there was an error during the filing process. You can check the missing voucher in the GST portal or can redownload GSTR1 in BUSY.

Why am I unable to validate GST numbers even after entering a valid GSTIN? What configuration needs to be done to use this feature? 

If you can not validate GSTIN, first chck your internet connection if connectivity is stable then check that your BUSY License subscrition is not expired, if it is expired then have to renew that then can use validate GSTIN feature.

I want to enable two-factor authentication for invoices above Rs crores as per the new government regulations. How can I enable this in BUSY? 

If you want to enable two factor authentication for invoices above 100 cr. as per new government regulations then you can contact with the e-way bill portal customer representative as there is no configuration in BUSY for two step authentication

What could be the reason for OTP issues during GST return filing on the portal? Is it a technical glitch? 

BUSY does not have a provision for filing returns. Additionally, you can only upload GST returns from BUSY. For any OTP issues for filing return, it is recommended to contact the GST portal support for assistance in resolving the issue.

The billing names like e-way and Webtel are confusing in BUSY. What are the actual bill/invoice names I should use? 

There is no specific bill name to use in BUSY instead of confusing ones like e-way and Webtel. However, it is recommended to use the name of the service provider or GSP (Goods and Services Provider) for clarity and accuracy.

I am unable to file my GST returns as the OTP window is not opening. What should I do? 

BUSY does not have a provision for filing returns. Additionally, you can only upload GST returns from BUSY. For any OTP issues for filing return, it is recommended to contact the GST portal support for assistance in resolving the issue.
