I made a direct GST payment without doing input/output and cross adjustment first. Now my books are not tallying. What should I do?

To made GST adjustment entries in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click on GST summaries option.
Step 2: Now choose GST summary then specify data range and open the report
Step 3: You can press F4 key on GST Summary to post various GST Adjustment & GST Payment voucher. On pressing the F4 key, a message box appears in which you are required to select the option for which you want to post the voucher.
Step 4: After making all the required entries, Your GST credit balance will be adjusted.
I want to analyze my GST reports date-wise. What is the process to do this?
In Every GST Report have option of selection Date range for example we want to generate Sales Register with date range. Kindly follow the following steps
Step 1: Go to Display Menu.
Step 2: Click on GST Reports option
Step 3: Under GST Reports click on Sales Register option.
Step 4: Choose the option register to be shown as Local, Central, Combined.
Step 5: Selected Combined option.
Step 6: click on Bill-wise option
Step 7: Select Both B2B and B2C option.
Step 8: on sales register (Bill-Wise) report window you will get Date range option.
Step 9: Choose option as you required Voucher Series, Account Master Range, Date Range.
Step 10: Click on OK. Confirm your selections and generate the Sales Register report with the specified parameters.
Why are my unregistered customer sales being shown as BB transactions?
If you made a b2C sale and customer is unregistered but it is showing in B2B please follow these steps to solve it:
Step 1: Make sure you have selected type of dealer as UN-Registered in party master
Step 2: If using billing/shipping details option in voucher ensure that gst report basis is as per party master or as per billing/shipping details
Step 3: If it is selected as billing/shipping details it means gst report will generate according to the billing/shipping window
Step 4: If it is selected as as per party master it means gst report will generate according to the party master specified by you in voucher
Step 5: Make sure all the details specified in voucher in all the fields is accurate "
I want to exclude business expenses from the taxable amount and only include purchases. How can I do this in BUSY?
To exclude Business expense and only include purchase in taxable value you have to follow the steps
Step1 Go to transaction menu and click on purchase then click to add
Step2 fill the voucher details like series date number select purchase type as exempt
select party name then press f3 on item option to create a item name
Step3 ctreate item with the name of business expense and make tax category as exempt and save then fill the item amount in voucher and save the voucher
Step4 go to display menu and click on GST reports
Step5 Click on Gst returns and select GSTR 2
Step6 select the period and disable show exempt NR ZR entries in taxable invoice separately then ok
I am unable to get my GST reports in the desired orientation (portrait/landscape). How can I change the orientation?
To get your GST reports in the desired orientation (portrait or landscape), follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display.
Step 2: Select GST Reports.
Step 3: Choose GST Registers.
Step 4: Pick Sales Register.
Step 5: Select the register to be shown for local, central, and combined.
Step 6: Choose the register to be shown for bill-wise, HSN code-wise, and item-wise.
Step 7: Select the register to be shown for both B2B and B2C.
Step 8: Set the date range and relevant information, then press OK and F2.
Step 9: After loading the report, click on the print option.
In the Print from Grid option, select the orientation (portrait or landscape) mode for the GST report.
How do I check if my invoices are properly tagged and I can claim input credit for them?
To check if all invoices are properly tagged and can claim input credit for them, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Transactions menu and select GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 2: Choose Montly ITC Tagging as per GSTR-2A / 2B and enter the period and open the report.
Step 3: The report will show you all the transactions and also show the ITC Status and make sure all invoice status showing as claimed.
Step 4: You need to press F4 to change the status and select ITC Status as Claimed and mention the return period.
Step 5: Now, when you generate the GSTR-3B return set Y on Pick Relevant ITC from Monthly ITC Tagging?
The report will generate will all the ITC that you have tagged in the selected period.
My purchase registers are not showing tax amounts for exempted transactions. How can I get tax details for exempted purchases too?

Step 5: Look for the purchase register Report option, and click on it to access this specific report
Step 6: Review the Bifurcation of Tax Rate Wise input Tax Data and Genate the report . Step 7: This report will display a breakdown or bifurcation of the output tax data based on tax rates.

Step 3: Enable show tax rate wise bifurcation and open the report.
I want to view supply outward register in BUSY. But I am unable to find this report. How can I generate supply outward register?
To view supply outward register in BUSY , follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch BUSY GST Software.
Step 2: Go to the Display menu.
Step 3: Select GST Reports.
Step 4: Choose GST Registers from the available options.
Step 5: Within the GST registers report, you will find options for various sales and purchase registers , including supply Inward and supply outward reports
Step 6: Select the relevant sub-report based on your requirements.
Step 7: In this selected report, you will find the bill wise option to view the report . click it on .
Step 8: Click ALT+E to export of the report.
Step 9 : Select the specific format you want to export like excel , pdf , html and proceed .
