If BUSY software is slow, frozen, or not responding, you can try following below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu and run reindex database option.
Step 3: Disable antivirus or exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 4: Right-click on the program icon and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select the Compatibility tab. Under Compatibility mode, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode then select Apply and OK.
Step 6: Drag UAC user account control down from window search option.
Step 7: Then set correct date, time and region, locale as united kingdom from control panel.
Step 8: Restart system in order to see the effect of change.
