There can be several reasons for getting stuck,while saving work in BUSY,you need to check these things:
Step 1:If it is stuck while saving and not responding,so you need to forcefully close it and reopen it to check,
Step 2:Set UAC compatibility,Right click on BUSY icon,click properties,click compatibility,here you can check the check box in run this program in Administrator mode,
Step 3:If its showing any error there,so you need to close BUSY and first take backup,and click Reindex Database select company and run this process,After complete then open the company and check it will be resolve.
