To resolve ODBC-call failed error you have to Attach or detach the compinfo file from management studio of SQL . for the process of Attach or detach follow the below steps
step1 :Open Sql server management studio
step 2: put SQL password and click connection
step 3 : select database under database if you find compinfo file then select compinfo file and right mouse click to detach ,if Compinfo file is not available then select database righ mouse click and select attach option to attach compinfo file from data
To install the BUSY accounting software dongle, connect it to an available USB port on your computer. The operating system should automatically detect and install it. Once installed, launch the software and it should recognize the dongle, allowing you to access its features. To check the validity and expiration date of your license, look at the title bar and the bottom part of the BUSY screen where it says "BLS Valid Upto".
If your EC21 count showing wrong counts then you can refresh or start dongle server again or you can do this from BUSY agent to by going to dongle server tab and clicking on check security option.
The BUSY dongle is not being detected in your system due to these possible reasons:
1. Issue in your system USB port.
2. Issue in your Dongle.
3. Dongle drivers are not installed or not working properly in your system.
Multiple instances can run in multiple user license and with the license having counts. In Single user license,we cannot be able to open the same company multiple times.
The software goes into demo mode when the dongle is not connected properly because it is unable to read the license from the dongle.
