If some texts are not showing properly in the BUSY screen, then you should your screen resolution. The recommended resolution is 1366X768.

Is it normal for the hard disk remove and insert again if BUSY Accounting Software is in use? 

No we do not recommend to remove and insert hard-disk if data is store in hard-disk or License register on hard-disk number.

I tried to connect to System Analytics but it is stuck buffering. How can I fix this? 

Please try reconnecting to System Analytics or check your internet connection to ensure it is stable or you can restart your system.
