Step 1: You can close all BUSY via task manager.
Step 2: Close remote application from which you have connected all system BUSY.

If RTE5 Shwoing While C/F data, it happens because data carries forward, so it increases data, so it requires space. You have to make sure your database has enough space.

It could be a network connectivity issue causing the messages to not reach you. Troubleshoot your network connection to fix the issue,for this you can contact your It person.

Keep a backup of BUSY data and process the clear junk and log files 
To clear up disk space for better BUSY performance, log files can be safely deleted.

If the ledger balance is not showing properly due to display screen issue, then you need to set screen resolution of your system. The recommended screen resolution is 1366X766.

Press shortcust key Ctrl+Shift+Escape to open Task manger ,select the file under backend process click right mouse and select the option end task to close the stuck file
