I am getting an error message on my client PC while running BUSY, what should I do?
If your getting error message on client system check you internet connection and connectivity between the both systems .
Step 1: In server system press Window + R run command and type cmd and ok
Step 2: type ipconfig then enter
Step 3: Note down the ipv4 address and go to client system
Step 4: In client system and open run command then write ping then ipv4 address - t then press ok
Step 5: Then speed should to 1ms to run client smoothly
Why am I unable to remove BUSY from startup programs?
BUSY is set it to the windows startup. We can manually remove it from windows startup setting option.
When we want to remove BUSY Agent from Startup then, Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Open the BUSY agent
Step 2: On right bottom, Click on remove from startup
When we remove the BUSY agent from startup then it will not automatically get open when we open the system. we need to open the BUSY agent and minimize it.
The software is showing a .NET Framework error. How do I resolve this?
In BUSY, when .net framework error is showing then pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that in the system .net framework should installed both 3.5 or above.
Step 2: Go to the contol panel, programes and features then on top left click on the window features. From there we can refresh the .netframe work if already installed, we have to untick then same process will get run and tick it again after that restart the system
